You must notify y9game support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, or that your registered mobile number has been transferred to a third party. y9game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials or your failure to promptly report a security concern.
Security Reminder: y9game strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account and using a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service. All activities conducted through your y9game account — including bets placed, games played, and transactions initiated — are your responsibility, whether or not you were the individual who performed those actions, unless you have reported a security breach to y9game in advance of those activities taking place.
y9game processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels:
All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account does not belong to the registered y9game account holder — are prohibited. y9game reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources and to withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the y9game cashier page and may vary by payment method. y9game does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement — the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus and any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. Bonus credits that have not been fully wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion's specific terms will be removed from your account balance automatically. Cricket betting markets on y9game cover international Test, ODI, and T20I fixtures, ICC tournaments, and Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches. Bets are accepted up to the market close time displayed alongside each fixture. In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at y9game's discretion, including during rain delays, DRS reviews, or technical issues affecting live data feeds.
In the event that a match is abandoned, cancelled, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with y9game's cricket settlement rules published on the betting section of the platform. y9game's decision on the settlement of cricket bets is final.
Live dealer casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers and governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, the outcome of any hand, spin, or round already in progress will be determined by the recorded game server data. y9game will honour results confirmed by its gaming server records regardless of the display state on a player's device at the time of disconnection.

y9game's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by you into your y9game account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Note: Nothing in these Terms shall limit y9game's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
y9game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, y9game will publish a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the y9game platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
You may close your y9game account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining PKR balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering conditions) will be returned to your nominated payment method. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
y9game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:
Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, y9game may withhold any balance derived from bonus funds and void outstanding bets. Deposits not associated with confirmed bonus abuse will be returned.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which y9game holds its operating authorisation.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account transaction, or any other matter relating to your y9game account, you should first contact y9game's support team via live chat. y9game aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, the matter may be escalated through y9game's formal complaint procedure, details of which are available from the support team.
